Entry Requirements

  1. Approved Centres are responsible for assessing and determining whether an applicant has the capability to successfully complete the learning programme and fulfil the requirements of the qualification. During the initial assessment, the centre must evaluate the support currently available or that can be provided to accommodate the individual needs of the learner, where necessary.
  2. This qualification has been designed to be inclusive, with no unnecessary barriers to entry. However, applicants must be aged 18 or above to enrol.
  3. For applicants whose first language is not English, an IELTS score of 6.0 (or an equivalent qualification) is required. Where applicable, international qualifications will be verified to ensure they meet the entry requirements for UK higher education postgraduate programmes. Additionally, applicants are typically expected to submit two supporting references, at least one of which should ideally be academic.
