This qualification has been developed to enhance the professionalism of the global TEFL sector. The programme is tailored to prepare recent graduates, gap-year students, new teachers, and volunteers with the essential knowledge and skills required to teach under supervision and to function effectively within specific educational contexts.
As a Level 3 qualification, it requires learners to develop a factual, procedural, and theoretical understanding of language systems and widely used teaching methodologies to begin a career in TEFL. The qualification empowers learners to recognise, choose, and apply suitable teaching methods, techniques, and resources in order to plan and conduct lessons and courses under the guidance of experienced educators.
