The Level 3 Diploma qualification has been designed primarily to offer a structured programme of study for training centres delivering the off-the-job training for apprentices enrolled on the Wellbeing and Holistic Therapist apprenticeship standard. The qualification maps the skills, knowledge, and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard into units and assessment criteria, aligned with the relevant National Occupational Standards (NOS). Additionally, the qualification can be taken as a standalone course, providing learners with the essential practical skills, knowledge, and understanding required to pursue employment within the beauty, spa, wellness, and holistic therapy sectors.
